Director
Effie Malley is director of the New Hampshire Children’s Behavioral Health Collaborative.
Effie has worked many years on youth issues, including prevention, mental health, and suicide prevention. She has worked with foundations and health-related nonprofits.
Previously, Effie worked for Governor Sununu as the health and human services budget advisor and the director for the New Hampshire Division for Children and Youth Services.
She is a graduate of Harvard Kennedy School.
